  • Offer information about price quotes to prospective customers.
  • Manage and protect the reputation of the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide technical support to producers
  • Complete and submit new/renewal applications
  • Complete certificates of insurance and bonds
  • Process renewals in coordination with the producer

    Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative Post:

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Interact well with others.
  • A good listener with sound judgment.
  • Ability to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently.
  • Current Insurance Property and Casualty License required.
  • Minimum of 2 years commercial insurance experience.
  • Applied Systems experience would be beneficial.
  • Microsoft Excel – Intermediate Level a must.
  • Being a team player is imperative.
  • Garage Liability experience is a plus.
