- Be a team player

- Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients.
- Send newsletters, mail, and other forms of correspondences to customers.
- Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation.
- Offer information about price quotes to prospective customers.
- Manage and protect the reputation of the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide technical support to producers
- Complete and submit new/renewal applications
- Complete certificates of insurance and bonds
- Process renewals in coordination with the producer
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative Post:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Interact well with others.
- A good listener with sound judgment.
- Ability to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently.
- Current Insurance Property and Casualty License required.
- Minimum of 2 years commercial insurance experience.
- Applied Systems experience would be beneficial.
- Microsoft Excel – Intermediate Level a must.
- Being a team player is imperative.
- Garage Liability experience is a plus.
