Responsible for overseeing and managing CodeBlue activities within an assigned territory including activities related to the Water Mitigation, DRN, and Onsite Inventory Services departments. This position entails recruitment of contractors for CodeBlue's network, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to CodeBlue's network, as well as conducting field visits to job sites and contractor facilities. The Territory Manager is also responsible for managing Onsite Inventory team members within the territory, providing coaching to improve performance, conducting disciplinary action as needed, and working with the Onsite Inventory Dispatcher to ensure all assignments are scheduled and addressed in a timely manner.

The position will require a significant amount of travel within the assigned territory with occasional trips outside of the territory being required.

General Duties:

  • Responsible for managing an assigned territory for water mitigation network coverage and DRN coverage
  • Recruitment of network contractors to ensure full territory coverage of all services offered to CodeBlue clients
  • Remotely monitor quality and productivity of onsite inventory teams to provide live feedback and coaching
  • Onsite supervision and completion of onsite inventory assignments within an assigned territory
  • Perform as-needed inspections of all company vendors including those that provide services related to personal property, commercial property, and auto glass claims
  • Processes all new contractor requests in their entirety including securing completed agreements, creation of the contractor profile, and all related maintenance
  • Oversees all contractor-related issues and complaints with the Operations and Clients Services groups; tracks all complaints and resolutions within the contractor's profile
  • Quality assurance inspections of completed water mitigation and/or DRN assignments
  • Identify and implement recommended coaching and/or disciplinary action of network contractors and Onsite Inventory team members
  • Conduct training and presentations with current and prospective clients and/or contractors
  • Perform all phases of the new hire onboarding process including interviewing applicants, choosing the applicants to hire, and performing new hire training for Onsite Inventory team members
  • Review accuracy of water mitigation and DRN estimates compiled by network contractors
  • Meet with contractors, insured's, and/or adjusters at loss sites to review complaints and make determination of appropriate steps to take in order to resolve issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Able to travel to different parts of territory daily; some overnight travel will be required
  • Available to work flexible hours based on volume and workflow including possible nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Perform onsite inspections while a structure is drying or undergoing reconstruction services
  • Perform re-inspection of competed claims for water mitigation and reconstruction services
  • Monthly evaluation of territory and contractor performance focused on key KPI's including margin, arrival time, NPS scores, and others defined by management
  • Perform quarterly reviews of each contractor location
  • Provide monthly reports to management of territory performance, areas needing improvement, and action plan to address

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma/GED is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferable or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Must successfully complete courses to acquire WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT certifications.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation are required
  • Previous Adjusting experience is preferred

Other Skills and Preferences:

  • Considerable knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations to assist in reporting process and resolution to customer inquiries
  • Strong customer service skills to allow proper interaction with team members, leadership, and customers while diffusing potentially volatile situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • General skill in all other MS Office products
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while providing updates and recommendations to senior management
  • Able to be active and on your feet for majority of work days
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds may occasionally be required
  • Majority of work will be completed in the field
  • Company equipment provided will include laptop, cell phone, and branded polo shirts
  • Other job-related equipment and supplies will be purchased as needed by the Territory Manager and receipts submitted to the company for reimbursement
