Aon Is Looking For A Client Advocate & Communications Specialist.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Flood Services business group within Aon Affinity, in Overland Park, KS As a Client Advocate & Communications Specialist, you will report directly to the Claims Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing and corporate goals of the company by developing and executing a variety of claims communications vehicles. The position entails utilizing internal data to create reports that will be used to identify, quantify, communicate production trends, aid in the development of marketing strategies, and assist in the administration of the claims management process. 
  • Utilize claims reporting production data and create reports designed to assist in the management of agencies and to drive production goals.
  • Design and build quarterly communications with clients communicating claims trends/analysis
  • Development of Customer Advocacy Reports -complaint/compliment analysis
  • Development of New Customer Facing Communications
  • Review/Edit Claims Customer Facing Communication/Letters
  • Development of Catastrophe Claims Communications to Clients and Sr Executive Team
  • Responsible for the development, creation, and timely distribution of corporate publications, including print and electronic newsletters and client claims newsletters, CAT materials, meeting presentations, policyholder communications. Work with marketing for press releases, and announcements.
  • Provide office technology support and training for the Claims team, and apply communications solutions, through various tools, that benefit and enhance the relationship with internal and external customers.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and grammar skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong knowledge of editorial procedures.
  • Proficient in desktop publishing software and Microsoft Office programs, including word and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation for generating reports.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • General business maturity – handle sensitive information (e.g., recruiting, performance management)
  • Bachelors -Communications/Marketing/English
