Our client, a top national insurance broker in the Orlando area, is actively seeking a Benefits Account Manager to work with their medium to large market clients. This individual will manage and coordinate all client service activities for a book of business including interacting with carriers, vendors and internal teams. Will also help manage the renewal process, research and develop creative work solutions for each client, conduct enrollment meetings and develop employee communications. Must have 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, both fully insured and self-funded preferred, with a broker, carrier or TPA, outstanding communication and organizational skills.
