An established privately held insurance broker in the San Diego area is actively looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee their commercial account services group in the Southwest.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a stable organization and work in a unique environment offering a mix of account management, risk management and personnel management.  

This individual will be responsible for both servicing customers as well as overseeing the group that maintains relationships with carriers and works with various internal producers to provide the utmost in service to their insureds.  Primary lines handled will be Property, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability and Commercial Auto Liability; some experience with small to medium-size accounts is preferred but any commercial P&C account management experience will be considered.  Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of commercial P&C experience working with an insurance agency/ broker, MGA, carrier or wholesale brokerage, as well as 2+ years' prior management experience.  Compensation is dependent upon experience, benefits are excellent and bonus is applicable to the position.
