General Purpose of the Job:

This position is responsible for generating Certificates of Insurance for agency clients as well as issuing Evidence of Property and Auto ID Cards.  Occasionally helping with obtaining loss run reports.  An insurance license is not required but if you do not have a license, must be able to be licensed within 6 months. The position does require commercial insurance experience in the areas of policy processing and certificates of insurance issuance.  This agency is a mid-size, family owned, long time Scottsdale/Phoenix business with an excellent reputation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This is an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in office position.  Daily duties typically involve fielding phone calls and email communications for requests of certificates of insurance.   Good social and communication skills required.

Other requirements, skills and qualifications for the position:

This candidate, should have good general computer skills with typing proficiency (typically 35 words per minute).  Should also have basic familiarity with MS word, Excel, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.  Will be trained on agency management software.
