An opportunity to contribute in more ways than just sales

You have to become deeply embedded in the local business community and be a visible leadership presence on a day in, day out basis with the sales and service team.

  • Sales Management: A lot of recruiting, coaching, mentoring and co-selling with producers.
  • Personal Production: Some personal sales; $75k is a realistic annual goal.
  • Organizational Development: Including the “next generation” of sales talent and maximizing an untapped cross-selling revenue platform (Employee Benefits, Vertical/Niche commercial, high net worth personal lines and sister companies).  Focus on organic staff development but integrate new acquisitions as they arise.
  • Gatekeeper: Help provide direction to the service team on marketing initiatives, vendor relationships and Best Practices

Required Experience: Personal success as a commercial property and casualty sales executive along with some sales management, mentoring or producer team leadership.
