Stillwater Insurance Group currently has openings for Inside Sales Agents.

We have a national presence, but a small-company attitude and agility. We want ambitious individuals to join our team to help us expand our direct-sales presence and production.   

The ideal candidate will:

• Not have to do any out-bound cold-calling.
• Respond to in-bound prospects and inquiries via phone, e-mail and live chats.
• Qualify prospects and provide quote and policy options for a variety of Stillwater Insurance products.
• Quote, sell and issue home, auto, dwelling, earthquake, umbrella, and other policies with Stillwater Insurance companies.
• Preferably have an active Property & Casualty license in good standing, although for the right candidate we can train and sponsor your licensing.

This position is sales commissions eligible.

Spanish/Bi-lingual skills, a plus.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions.
• Commitment to excellent sales service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong PC knowledge and key boarding skills.
