Sales & Customer Service Representative

Shifts:  12PM-9PM, 2:00PM-11PM, 3:30PM-12AM

**Offering paid training and licensing with a bonus of up to $500 for successfully passing the licensing exam**

We have people calling us day and night, Monday through Sunday, all looking for quick, easy, and cost effective insurance.  That’s where you can help us!  We need fast thinkers who can assess customers’ insurance needs on the phone and advise them on their best options … while making insurance super easy to understand.

In short: We need really good Sales & Customer Service Reps (aka problem solvers).

What do SafeAuto Sales & Customer Service Reps do?

Listen to customers, assess their insurance needs, and then advise them on the best coverage and protection options for them.

Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for each customer.

Provide accurate quotes for suitable coverages and then complete the sale of a customized plan.

Answer customer questions regarding their current policy to ensure their concerns are heard, understood, and resolved appropriately.

Make customer paperwork simple and easy!  Provide forms and documentation to customers as it pertains to banks, lien holders, and courts.  Complete all changes/endorsements requested by customers and work with other departments to process them correctly and quickly.
