What we are looking for:

PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JERICHO, NEW YORK

We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for our Jericho location.  The employee would need to work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week with some flexibility.  The Branch Administrative Assistant provides office support to the Branch Manager and Adjusters. Duties include answering phones, typing, data entry, transcription, filing, etc. Must be able to type with good speed with accuracy and possess an understanding of computer programs. Desirable candidates should have previous office experience, be computer literate and have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
