We sell and service in the western United States with a 40,000+ client base.  We “home grow” most of our agents and promote from within.  Our Western Gold licensed insurance agents earn from the low $40’s to well over $100,000.  Western Gold supplies all leads. We never ask our Customer Service Representatives to “cold call”. Our agents thrive with a constant abundance of new eager insurance buyers responding to our continual $40,000 per month market campaign. 

Position Overview:

This is an Insurance career opportunity. When we say “dream position” as Customer Service Representative or Agent we mean it.  Previous experience as a customer service representative preferred but not a necessity with the right work ethic.  Join our Western Gold team supporting our Producers or as a licensed agent or producer.

Position Requirements:

• Customer Service Representative must be self-motivated
• Customer Service Representative must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Customer Service Representative must be able to multi-task and stay organized
• Customer Service Representative must be a Team Player
• Excellent computer skills
• Punctual & dependable
• Customer Service Representative must believe and abide by our Core Values

Customer Service Representatives also will have the opportunity to become a licensed agent.  Western Gold will pay the cost of licensing.  Western Gold is one of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in the Western U.S. with a great work environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation will be $13.00 to $17.00 per hour with commission sharing
