One of the fastest growing agency's in Southwest Florida has an immediate need to fill an Employee Benefits Consultant / Account Executive to join their growing team.
We are seeking a high energy benefits professional that can manage the process and consult with larger groups.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years experience in employee benefits / group health handling large groups with a strong work ethic.
- Must be a leader in the benefits space with a strong focus on retention and customer service.
- Bachelor's degree as well as professional designations first priority.
Responsibilities include
- managing the renewal process,
- plan meetings,
- develop health and welfare benefit programs and
- utilize multiple tools to add value to their clients.
