Quality Assurance Specialist (Peer Review/Insurance)

Dane Street is seeking an outstanding candidate for a Quality Assurance Specialist position on our Workers' Compensation and Group Health teams. Dane Street offers an exciting work environment, competitive compensation,  and a strong growth potential.  This position is located in our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. 

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will review reports accompanying medical records to ensure that the report is complete and all questions posed have been addressed, follow up with reviewers with any additional questions or need for clarification and/or follow up with the requester should there be additional questions or if the report will be delayed... ensuring that this is done within specific timeframes.  

Please note:

• This position is based in our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home opportunity.

The ideal candidate:

• has experience in medical terminology, nursing, claims management, utilization review, pre-certification, medical administration or QA in a medical or business environment 
• has excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• has advanced computer skills (experience with Google Chrome, GMail, Docs, Sheets, etc. is a plus)
• is focused on attention to detail and meeting deadlines

An LPN or RN from an accredited program would be a plus!!
