Claims Manager - Construction Defect

Our Construction Defect Claims Manager leads our Construction Defect Team while providing direct support to the assigned client. While modeling independent judgment and personal discretion on matters related to construction defect claims, you will supervise and coach on determination of coverage, investigations, evaluation of liability, evaluation of damages, negotiations, and resolution of cases. You will be actively involved in client service matters and oversee claims practices and methodology of designated staff to ensure consistent high quality work.

Education and Experience

• Four year college degree preferred
• At least seven (7) years’ experience with construction defect claims. Public entity experience, while not required, is a plus
• Three (3) to five (5) years in management preferred
• Experience in multiple jurisdictions
• Adjuster licenses in multiple states
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
