This opportunity is with a growing global business and consulting company focused solely on the insurance and reinsurance industries. The Senior Life Reinsurance Consultant is an exciting position available within the Operational Consulting Team. We are looking for an insurance professional with significant project management skills, knowledge of life reinsurance finance, and IBM Blueworks. This role includes the management of the project team.

About the team:

  • The operational Consulting team consists of practitioners and professionals with practical insurance expertise in change management, project management, financial accounting, business analysis and IT development. 
  • The team works with clients to identify the changes needed to improve their business processes, minimize operating overheads and implement controls required to meet new regulations.

Desirable Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Insurance.
  • 5 years of experience in life reinsurance.
  • Life Reinsurance Financial skills.
  • Experience managing systems and organizational change projects within the insurance and reinsurance industry is highly beneficial.
  • ARe and/or PMP are desirable.
  • Results orientated - focus on improving performance, meeting goals, producing results.
