Job Summary:
The position of Field Resource Coordinator plays a key role in helping us meet our goals for finding and retaining qualified onsite contents experts and managing expenses associated with providing this service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing claims volume and the geographic footprint for all clients
- Continually adding new field resources to our roster
- Maintain adequate resources in all geographic areas to meet required timelines
- Manage resources to increase efficiencies and reduce expenses
- Provide startup training for all new field resources
- Provide efficient training methods (manuals, videos, etc.)
- Create regular communication strategy with field staff to maintain goodwill
- Work with IT team to develop the most efficient process for inventory creation and all other tasks associated with the workflow process
- Work with management to create goals for expense reduction and improved margins
- Explore outside technology that may improve workflow for onsite inventory creation
- Work with other BrightClaim lines of business to coordinate the use of common field resources
In order to achieve the above goals it is essential that you have the following requirements:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experienced and comfortable with phone interviews
- Ability to train using internet seminars such as webinars
- Excellent understanding of personal property “contents”
- Resource deployment and management skills
- Must be a hardworking team player!
Required Education & Experience:
- Experience Recruiting or Sourcing
- Experience in Insurance (personal property) a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree not required but preferred
