Who We Are Looking For

  • 51% relationship management and 49% technical expertise. A great balance between being a steward of the organization while having a clear analysis of financial, claims and underwriting data.
  • A passion for brokerage client service who wants to focus exclusively on self-funded benefits planning, administration and consulting. New and renewal groups range from 500-15,000 lives.
  • Client Management/Health and Welfare Consultant: Front-line, relationship management experience. Strong project management and negotiation skills (RFPs, underwriting and plan pricing). Can consult on compliance (HIPAA, ERISA, ACA and COBRA), enrollments, communication and technology.
  • Client facing; have the ability to discuss benefits plan AND business strategies with clients. Helps them to make sound financial decisions and achieve the health insurance offerings they want for employees.

Required experience: Self-funded expertise working in a retail agency or brokerage/consulting as an Account Manager or Account Executive is highly desired.  Underwriting and TPA experience will also be strongly considered.

Built like a consulting firm, you’ll have the opportunity to work on large, complex cases as a key member of the service team. Your primary responsibilities involve relationship development with current clients and executing service strategies. They have a history of promoting employees within senior account management and account executive ranks.  Open to candidates relocating to the Triad area.
