What Can You Expect Your Role and Responsibilities Include?

• Research market trends
• Collect, analyze and benchmark employee benefits data
• Negotiate carrier coverage, terms and pricing
• Participate in the new business and prospect process
• Initiate and schedule internal team discussion for renewal planning

Required Experience for The Group Benefits Analyst

• 2-3 years in the group benefits insurance industry
• Self-funded group medical insurance knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
