Provides financial analysis and prepares internal and external financial reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting policies and procedures.
1.
Performs monthly close of assigned departments.
Ensures all income statement accounts are reconciled and supported with proper documentation.
Assists in the preparation of variance analysis.
2.
Responds to requests for analysis and provides analytical support to the MRH Department Leader team.
Discusses departmental statements with department heads and investigates any material variances.
3.
Produces and manages financial reporting packages and corresponding analysis on Accounts Receivables for the Finance team.
4.
Assists with monthly ad-hoc financial analysis and provides customer support as requested.
5.
Assists with preparation of and evaluation of functional area's budgets, and ensures that the area operates in compliance with allocated funding.
ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Licensure, Certification and Registration: None required.
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
