The AEP Enrollment Specialist helps SelectQuote Senior clients enroll in products such as MAPD and MA plans after sales agents have helped the client select the plan.
This role leverages many competencies such as verbal communication, overcoming objections, attention to detail, and a drive to be successful.
The AEP Enrollment Specialist uses SelectQuote systems to receive and process calls (inbound and outbound) and manage client CRM information.
Receive inbound calls or place outbound calls to potential customers.
Counsel clients with regards to their Medicare insurance needs.
Maintain strict adherence to CMS, HIPPA, Carrier, and SQS guidelines.
Ability to do competitive analysis to overcome objections.
Desire to maximize both personal income and SQS profits.
Strong phone skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Detail oriented.
Good interpersonal skills.
Team player.
Works well under pressure.
Results driven.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Health Insurance License is required to start.
We will train the right person in Medicare Supplement insurance.
