Details of the Insurance Customer Service Role: Working as an Account Manager means you’ll have a lot of client interaction and be involved in the tactical, day-to-day management of an assigned book of commercial property and casualty accounts.

  • Requires a great personality that comes through to clients over the phone.
  • An ability to promptly address questions and resolve client concerns with empathy and finesse. 
  • Prepare submissions, analyze claims information, work with underwriters and handle larger accounts with some complexity like contractors/construction and public/government entities.
