Mills Mehr & Associates, a well-established, independent insurance adjusting firm and third party administrator is in need of experienced Property & Liability Field Adjusters to handle claims in Florida. Particularly SOUTH FLORIDA, JACKSONVILLE to STUART, in a Contractor/1099 position.
Qualified applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:
- Min 5-years claims handling experience as a staff and/or independent field adjuster
- Ability to take direction and meet diary dates
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently from his/her home office
- Computer literate - proficient in Xactimate (Symbility experience a plus)
- Very flexible schedule to accommodate client/insured needs
- Reliable transportation
- A current Florida Adjusters License
