Valuation Specialist

Position Overview

Position is an Independent Contractor status, part to full time, working from home with flexible hours. Work from home conducting research to determine the fair market value for vehicles and other assets for loss claims, financing, or other valuation purposes. Research will include internet resources, our own database, and communication with dealerships and other outside resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish fair market value of vehicles and other assets
• Update and validate vehicle information from dealerships, customers, and research
• Maintain relationships with dealers and claim adjusters
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience and/or knowledge of automotive, commercial, power sports, or recreational vehicles.
• 3-5 years in a customer service related position, preferably with an insurance or automotive organization
• Basic Computer skills especially Microsoft Office programs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Computer with Internet Access
