SUMMARY: Assists department in various administrative functions.

The WRBC E&S Regulatory Center coordinates all mail, suits, correspondence, data calls for each of the legal entities assigned.

The WRBC E&S Regulatory Center coordinates with the E&S Reporting (Accounting) Center as well as W.

Berkley Corporation and affiliated operating units.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Analyst in processing agent&adjuster license/appointments/terminations.

Assist Analyst in processing rate rule and form filings.

Distributes Consumer Complaints from various states to appropriate responder and maintain consumer complaint log/responses by Company, by State to ensure timely responses as required by state statute and audits.

Maintain Service of Suit log for all legal entities Processes, maintains and distributes Adjuster CE&licensing log.

Executes proxies on behalf of companies for various industry organizations.

Maintains department staff calendar as well as the department data call calendar.

Triage various queries regarding the various legal entities from state insurance department and other sources.

Processes various data call requests as assigned and coordinates with WRBC E&S Reporting Center.

Distributes mail to others impacted within Company and to affiliates as instructed.

Maintains Regulatory Compliance files and manuals.

Update and maintain Regulatorys intranet page.

Preparation and filing of annual Secretary of State LLC and insurer reports for the entities responsible for.

Prepares documents for imaging as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelors Degree preferred 2+ years of insurance related experience E&S experience preferred
