We currently have an opening for a Financial Specialist within the Customer Solutions team at our corporate headquarters in Spokane, Washington.

This position is accountable for providing support to service distressed accounts and/or high profile loans.

The selected candidate will be responsible to perform routine credit activities and clerical support to provide effective customer service through loan servicing, extension of sound constructive credit and related services.

This is a full time position reporting to the VP of Customer Solutions.

Other duties include: Perform credit investigations, assist with completing financial and loan input documents, verify customer information and complete credit analysis for review and action by risk management Comply with closing requirements and disbursements, book and certify loans within authority Respond to customer inquiries and process customer transactions including checks and receipts, future payment funds, etc.

Ensure customer information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality Comply with Association documentation expectations, procedures, laws and regulations Providing excellent customer service and create a positive image of the Association Minimum requirements for this role include a high school diploma, or equivalent, and at least two years of relevant financial, office, or administrative work experience.

The successful candidate will have the ability to organize and prioritize work, provide excellent customer service, strong administrative and computer skills, and experience using MS Office Suite.

Ag experience is beneficial.

Candidates with commercial lending, banking, or related experience are highly preferred.
