We’re looking for candidates who may:

• Responsible for quality control of claim checks.
• Match checks to claim files.
• Document claim files of quality control and mail date.
• Stuffing envelopes and preparing for mail
• Assist with scanning and indexing of mail and faxes.
• Deliveries and pick-up UPS from Claim personnel.
• Provide additional support.
• Back up assistance for the Administrative Department.
• This is an entry level position.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experiences.
• Proficient on database software, internet software, spreadsheet software and word processing software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to basic math skills, including compute rate and percent and interpret bar graphs.
