Position Overview:

Stillwater Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a First Notice of Loss Representative in their Claims Department.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.

We’re looking for candidates who may have

  • Excellent phone skills professional, courteous, efficient
  • Strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft office products, including Excel spreadsheets (building & maintaining)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in AS400 computer system, a plus
  • Spanish/Bi-lingual skills, a plus

Position Duties/Tasks:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  1. Answering phones in a busy Call Center.
  2. Entering new claims into the AS400 Claim system.
  3. Process claim payments.
  4. Process letters for claim adjusters.
  5. Build and maintain various Excel spreadsheets for Claim Department.
  6. Confirm coverage and process payment of glass and towing claims.
  7. Work vendor email inboxes.
  8. Rotate working late shift (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) approx. 1 week per month.
