We are seeking individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills who will provide exemplary customer service to our Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents and lenders via telephone and electronic communications. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior customer service and/or insurance experience preferred.
• Spanish/Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Compensation dependent upon experience and work schedule.
• Property and Casualty License preferred, although not a requirement for hire
• May work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and/or Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong PC knowledge and key boarding skills.
