THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Benefits Analysts play a vital role in ensuring our benefits clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are primarily the provider of technical benefits data and support to our service team and clients. You will be challenged with developing Requests For proposals (RFPs), interpreting clients' needs and making recommendations, interpreting/evaluating census data and claims data and collaborating closely with Account Executives and producers on the status of marketing activities.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred), at least 3 years of related benefits insurance experience, are currently licensed in good standing, have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and can hold your own while working a computer (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, and can demonstrate deep proficiency with Excel).
