Job Description:

The Assistant Account Manager supports service agents in service needs and with making changes to existing accounts.  Provides support in more routine transactions including correspondences with companies, and with securing necessary information.

Experience: 

  • Minimum two years’ experience in insurance agency. 

Special Technical Knowledge:

  • Minimum Florida 4-40 license in good standing,
  • Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality,
  • Knowledge of insurance products and usages,
  • Knowledge of insurance industry standards and procedures.

Special Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others,
  • Ability to understand written and oral communication, and interpret abstract information,
  • Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment with significant telephone and personal disruption,
  • Must be a team player and customer service oriented.
