CMS’ scope of operation is defined by the magnitude of claims with up to 24-hour access to Claims Associates. Team members can provide a multitude of tasks including:

  • Make initial contact calls and follow-up call to insureds
  • Track claims process and compliance
  • Research prior losses
  • Notify and update agents
  • Monitor faxes and e-faxes for proper distribution
  • System and software in-house training
  • Prompt technical support
