We are looking for a Claims Support Specialist who will provide administrative assistance to our growing team in Richardson, TX.
Responsibilities
- Assigning claims files, reviewing documents and mail received for claims team
- Ordering office supplies and managing the office space overall coordinating with the building management, HR and IT as needed
- Managing conference rooms, meeting schedules and other office tasks
- Supporting the executives in the office on all administrative tasks
- Other office management and administrative assistant tasks as required
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of office work experience
- Great communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and follow through for all tasks assigned
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Desire to grow and learn more about the insurance industry and the company
- Insurance experience a plus
