Job Title Encompass Lending Application Administrator (remote or in-office position) Job Type Full Time Category Information Technology/Software Development Location Parmer - Austin, TX 78727 US (Primary) Schedule/s M-F 8am - 5pm Job Description THE ROLEThe Lending Application Administrator is responsible for the management of all application processes, updates and support of Amplify s third-party lending applications across all lending verticals, with a focus on Encompass 360.

Works with our lending teams to create and implement new processes, modify products and ensure proper integration exists between all lending systems.

Oversees all of the reporting metrics required and performs all other duties as assigned by management.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES Consults with vendors and business units to advise on lending application configurations and customizations based on business and procedural requirements Oversees change request processes including facilitating meetings with business and technology teams to assist in timely and quality project completion Creates and updates documentation for all modifications and projects, including user-facing and developmental documentation Configures and interprets Encompass 360 user personas and group permissions Administers reporting database contents; creates and modifies Encompass 360 reports Develops custom input forms, including intermediate level VB.

net coding for form function and validation; Creates and modifies custom print forms and loan templates; Configures custom fields with advanced calculations Sets up eFolder documents, conditions and templates as they relate to a paperless process Develops advanced business rules, including field triggers, persona-level access to fields and loans, milestone completion, loan form printing and role access to documents Sets up and administers Centerwise / WebcenterSupports and trains end users on new and existing customizations Supports, optimizes and customizes internal and external business applications; deploys service releases, patches, requests and customizations; manages cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes, providing a high level of service and adhering to SLAs for response and restoration times Ensures that business applications are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner; conducts problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management Applies generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or ExperienceUndergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field required; 5+ years of hands on experience in software development including the following: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 3+ years of experience administering, developing and supporting Ellie Mae Encompass Knowledge of the loan process is required Hands-on application development using .

Net or Java Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) SQL programming with Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 Practical experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking Preferred experience: work experience within the mortgage production process; experience supporting Centerwise, ePass and DocMagic or equivalent; experience with LoansPQ and Servicing Director Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMicrosoft, Oracle, SQL Server, PMP, or other professional certifications preferred.

Software&Equipment RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of C# Object Oriented Programming as well as SQL Server development technologies, including Transact SQL (T-SQL), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes.

Other QualificationsMust be bondable by a credit union and have: Requirement gathering and specification planning; Ability to understand the logic flow of programming through reading C#, T-SQL or XSLT; Understanding of change and release management; Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; Exceptional interpersonal/customer service/team building skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate on multi-functional teams; Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Schedule flexibility responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work LocationThis position is located in our offices at Parmer Lane and MoPac Expressway (Loop 1).
