Job Description: Services Specialist

This is a great entry-level position where employees gain valuable exposure to the fundamentals and nuances of the commercial insurance industry. Professional development is available and expected in this role. As part of our Field Services team, where superior customer service to our internal and external customers is how we do business, you will provide administrative support, prepare renewal policies for underwriting, prepare legal notices and filings, order financial reports, assist with mailroom tasks, perform team assigned work on time and effectively, and more.

Our ideal candidate will be flexible, self-starting, creative, and thrive in a team environment. Excellent customer service, analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail are key in this position. Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications are essential. In addition, the candidate must be able to learn multiple proprietary company systems.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years insurance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
