This critical senior leadership role is with a life and annuity carrier whose operations extend globally. You will report to the President and will be responsible for all marketing and sales activities. 

• Defining, developing and executing on the company’s strategic life insurance business plan from both a short-term and a long-term perspective.
• Develop and deliver all life products including traditional life, both term and whole life, and fixed universal life through entities working through such organizations as IMOs, broker/dealers, brokerages and other partnerships.

What Background and Experience Suits this Role?

• Extensive experience successfully managing, leading and directing the sale of life insurance.
• Proven success working with a wide variety of distribution channels.
• Appropriate industry designations such as: CLU, CHFC and CFA
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans.
• Experience planning and implementing marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, interpretation of statistical information and development and implementation of strategies to maximize performance.
