Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients by phone, email, and chat
• Prepare and bind quotes; submit quotes to markets as applicable
• Review policies for accuracy; make policy changes as needed
• Identify gaps in our clients' insurance and make recommendations
• Work with team members to improve operations efficiency, implement best practices, and deliver outstanding client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Property & casualty license
• 3+ years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn new skills
• Close attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and accountable
