Posted On04/17/2017 Client Executive Orland PArk, IL, US Salary Range : Worker Category : Job Class GENERAL DESCRIPTIONSummary TheClient Executive is responsible for independently providing customized, highlevel services to large and complex risk advisory prospects and clients. Instrumental in the acquisition of newclients and ultimately accountable for the retention of all assigned accounts,specific responsibilities include risk transfer program design recommendationsand consultation; internal coordination of resources; development and executionof service plans; exposure analysis; and marketing. Program and service plan progress is measuredand shared with client through annual stewardship reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude thefollowing. Others may be assigned: Establish andmaintain relationships with assigned prospects and clients and assume the primaryresponsibility for client service and retention. Provide riskmanagement services to prospects and clients that meets their needs and budgetconstraints including an analysis of exposures, gathering required underwritingand rating information and the preparation of a risk transfer strategy whichmay include combinations of insurance policies, self-insurance, captives, poolsand other risk assumption tools. Present riskmanagement plans to prospects and clients including an explanation of theirexposures and risk transfer options, pricing, payment and financing options, marketconditions, ancillary Horton services, loss analyses, pro forma indications ofloss control benefits and claim settlement processes. Prepare, deliver,and execute customized service schedules, including risk analysis, total costof risk analysis, premium and loss analysis, and stewardship reporting atinception, renewal and midterm touchpoints. Coordinate allinternal and external resources including producer involvement, legalassistance, claims, safety and loss control. Attend client meetings with carrier claims and loss controlrepresentatives as applicable or as needed. Accompanyproducer on and independently conduct periodic coverage and service reviewswith clients and prospects Develop strategyand special handling instructions with carrier regarding claims and losscontrol services based on client needs and expectations Initiate andensure execution of the marketing process including contribution to the marketingstrategy, fielding underwriting questions, negotiating premiums and coveragesand presenting findings to client. Participate inthe analysis and comparison of quotes/proposals leading to the selection ofthose best meeting the needs of prospects and clients. Design andoversee the preparation of proposals and other presentations to clients toensure the final product impressive, polished and comprehensive in scope,representing all that is exceptional at Horton. Meet or exceedall goals, especially those related to customized service schedules, clientsatisfaction, book growth and retention Perform otherduties as requested, including exercising discretion and judgment in `prioritizingworkload. Encourage andpromote open constructive communication along with emphasis on culture andmorale, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
