Job Summary: The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful experience interfacing directly with clients in Medicare Insurance Sales and Client Management. Responsibilities include new client implementations and completing the tactical and operational tasks required to meet the needs of our existing clients in the healthcare field. The position is responsible for collaborating with the Client Manager, Site Leaders and Project Managers to execute requests, issues and follow up on behalf of the clients. This includes all assigned responsibilities in working with the Client Manager to transition new clients preferably in Medicare Insurance to cXp, being assigned to a client as a permanent member of the support team for a specific client and working in collaboration with the Client Service Representative, who is focused more on the strategic initiatives of a client while the Coordinator focuses on completing the day-to-day items for that specific client. As part of the daily responsibilities, this position is responsible for engaging with their assigned clients to understand the request, provide guidance on the best solution and provide direction to the internal team members on what is needed as well as decide the best course of action on behalf of that client. In addition, the Coordinator develops efficiencies in current and future processes within the department and in how the department works with other cXp teams. Job Duties Include: Facilitate new client kick-off meetings and existing client meetings Record and document functional requirements for clients in AxoSoft Ensure that training materials meet client specifications for new and existing clients Maintain and record all transaction and contacts with clients Follow up on requests and track and achieve required deadlines Establish relationships with other departments to obtain information so they can respond to clients requests Communicate routinely with assigned Client Managers so they are fully informed on all activity on clients accounts Schedule client meetings, conduct research and assist with preparing materials and / or reports Assist in implementing internal department and corporate projects Job Requirements: Flexibility to accommodate variable scheduling (evenings and weekend hours, as needed) Independent worker; self-motivated Prior client services experience required College degree (2 or 4 year) required Ability to multitask Strong communication skills, written and verbal Strong reporting and Excel skills Fast learner with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner Ability to travel Benefits include:Competitive salary and bonus plans, paid holidays and vacation days, an energetic start-up atmosphere, and fun team-building activities.
