Position Summary:ACCO Brands, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $1.8 billion, is seeking anAccounts Payable Senior Analystfor our Finance team located in Lake Zurich, IL.This individual will work with Management to oversee the accounts payable team ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to while identifying and implementing efficiencies in our systems. The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst will manage all corporate and operational accounts payable disbursement activities. This highly visible position is responsible for prioritizing and driving enhancements within the accounts payable function, while partnering with management in developing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.Position Responsibilities:Oversee the accounts payable invoice process within our operating systems to enhance accuracy and efficiencyReview and analyze cash disbursements made by ACH, wires, electronic, supply chain financing and checksMonth-end reporting and responsibilitiesReview processes as necessary and identify inefficiencies. Create and implement process improvements as approvedResponsible for project management which may involve internal and external partiesServe as back-up to AP ManagerPerform other tasks as assignedPosition Qualifications:Four year degree, or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least five (5) years of accounts payable, cash management and leadership rolePrevious supervisory experience preferredExperience in managing a multi-currency environment highly desiredMust possess a sense of urgency and high level of confidentialityClearly capable of working in a multitask environmentDetail-orientation requiredGood verbal ability to effectively communicate with different departments and levels of managementProduces written communication containing all relevant information, clearly expressed reasoning and recommended actions or next steps to produce resultsAble to perform effectively in a team environmentComfortable in monitoring, providing direction, training and requesting needed information with outsource team membersDemonstrated use of software with a variety of different system skills including a proficiency in Microsoft officePrior experience with Oracle&SAP requiredMinimal (less than 5%) travel requiredLocal candidates onlyEqual Opportunity Employer:ACCO Brands USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
