Job Description Exciting opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with the benefits of a smaller organization (interact directly with all points from executive to customer, your work directly impacts the bottom line, visibility throughout the organization) but the security, stability and opportunity of a large conglomerate. This position will be heavily involved with pricing related activities for all major commercial lines. The position would work directly with other departments in the organization including Senior Management, Underwriting, Claims, Product Development, IT, Reinsurance and Finance to provide technical and analytical expertise and insight. Business acumen and skill development are emphasized. Responsibilities: - Individual large account pricing referral review. - Building, enhancing and maintaining pricing models. - Profitability monitoring. -Assist with the development of new products and due diligence on new business opportunities. Requirements: - ACAS designation. - Commercial Casualty Lines experience. - Experience in individual account pricing. - Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multi-task and delegate. - Strong computer skills. - Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F's risk management controls. #LI-RB No Employment Agency Solicitations Please.
