Responsibilities:

The Handyman / Project Manager must specialize in all types of home repair, maintenance, remodeling, and handyman services and must have basic construction skills, be organized, and be able to effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Handyman/ Project Manager must have valid Driver License and be responsible for providing quality general maintenance, general Carpentry and other related services to customers.

This position provides services that include

• repair work, both interior and exterior, painting and plumbing and electrical jobs.
• Telephones each customer before arriving at the job site to confirm scheduled appointment and keep customer informed of any potential delays.
• Arrives on time with necessary materials and tools Surveys and discusses in detail with the customer any services to be completed.
• Ensures safe driving of Company vehicles to the next scheduled appointment
• Ensures that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed and to be able to work independently within team environment.
• Reviews all paperwork required for each service and obtain needed signatures from the customer
• Completes and reviews invoices with the customer and secures payment for service
• Cleans up after assigned jobs to satisfaction of the customer and meets company established standards of job completion
• Completes all paperwork upon returning to the branch, and turns in all invoices, payments and charges to designated person
• Travel will be required.
