They are currently seeking a qualified individual to join their team as an Account Manager. In this role you will embrace their philosophy of putting the customer first by engaging daily with tasks to pro-actively update clients on issues, answer questions regarding benefit plans, participate in the renewal and RFP process on an annual basis, and other projects and duties as assigned.

Employee Benefits Specialist Requirements

  • MI state life and health license.
  • Working knowledge of health and welfare legislation, especially as it pertains to ACA compliance.
  • Experience working for an insurance company or independent agency preferred.
