Company:  Brown & Brown of Tennessee, Inc.

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader, who will be responsible for ensuring that all renewals and new business RFP’s are complete and out to market in a timely manner. This individual will be tasked with building relationships with carrier representatives, marketing representatives and other carrier liaisons for the purpose of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet Brown & Brown's objectives for the employee benefits department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Marketing Team 
  • Market policies for each account over 50 lives
  • Train Marketing Team on new procedures as developed
  • Identify competitive carriers to send relevant submissions 
  • Ensure that all proposals are accurate prior to being presented by the producers
  • Strategize with producers on pre-renewals to assist with upcoming renewals
  • Organize carrier meetings/lunches/continuing education

 


Required Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in work experience in Employee Benefits
  • Active Life & Health License

 

Preferred:

  • 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position
