The Senior Risk Analyst is responsible to develop, implement, analyze, plan, administer and monitor a wide variety of risk management and insurance program activities. This position interacts with all levels throughout the company, including FSE Insurance, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales, Legal and Human Resources. In addition:

  • Coordinate the placement and administration of commercial Casualty and Property insurance policies.
  • Analyzing underwriting information for accuracy.
  • Responsible for Risk monitoring system; analyze data from many sources (Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, etc.) and quantify potential impact to the Company’s risk profile.
  • Manage claims process; communicate claims to insurance carriers; develop and maintain claim expense tracking system to ensure accurate loss run reporting.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or other related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of progressive Risk Management experience, either in a corporate environment or at an insurance brokerage firm working on large, global accounts.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with a strong sense of follow-up and completion.
  • Must possess advanced Excel skills. Understanding of other MS Office applications also required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.
