Job DescriptionPosition Overview: As a Financial Manager with Wasatch your job will be to make our apartments a home for your prospective tenants and to keep it there home through their residency with us. You will also be responsible for rent collection, processing move outs and move ins. People will need to trust you, and service with a smile is never optional! It s pretty simple! You re going to be our ambassador to any prospective tenants interested in living in our beautiful renovated facilities. We want you to be a consultant not a SALESMAN! We want you to make the move in and move out process a breeze! You will be greeting customers on a day to day, explain our pricing and models, show our apartment communities, help close deals, follow up on customer leads, and help coordinate marketing efforts. You will be posting rents, processing move ins, processing move outs and managing the collection of rent.
