Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of assigned departments and programs and the management of the hospital's financial activities, such as receipt of revenues, expenditures of funds and conservation of hospital assets. Through subordinates, supervise and coordinate the functions of general accounting, budget/reimbursement, patient billing, patient registration and material. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education and Training: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Accounting. Master's Degree or CPA preferred. B. Experience: Minimum of five to seven years experience of financial leadership in hospital/healthcare administration. C. Other requirements (special skills): Must be able to effectively communicate, express ideas, research, survey, comprehend, analyze, plan, organize and control the activities of assigned departments/programs.
