Required SkillsResponsible for processing high volume customer claims in Aryzta s Trade Promotions Deviated Billing Department. The Specialist will need to become familiar with Aryzta s customer master, product hierarchy, deviated price agreements, as well as claim validation checks. Review inbox for receipt of daily customer claims Enter claims into Vistex via manual entry or template upload program Research root cause of claim linkage issues Resolve discrepancies Work with customers to obtain incomplete or missing information Create, amend, and renew contracts using web based tool Provide copy of completed contracts to sales Interact with internal and external customers Obtain sales approvals when necessary Help to identify root cause to reduce pending claim volume Assist on special projects and assignments as needed to support department ARYZTA is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer (AA/EOE) Required ExperienceProficient in alphanumeric data entry, minimum 7,000 KPH Ability to prioritize given workload Intermediate Excel and internet experience Written and verbal communication skills Analytical Skills Experience with SAP and Vistex are plusses Job LocationSan Leandro, CA
