What you'll do As an Insurance/Membership Customer Service Representative, you are bringing your expertise to a best-in-class organization that is passionate about delivering legendary service to our members. As a representative of this team you will: Exceed member expectations by providing first call resolution with empathy and product knowledge. In a fast pace call center environment, engage with members who will look to your expertise for solutions and advise on their insurance policies and memberships. Educate our members on products and services that are relevant to their needs. Be successful by meeting or exceeding performance based goals. Be available to work evenings and some Saturdays. What's in it for you Starting pay $16.00 per hour. You can also earn approximately $1.00 per hour though a monthly incentive for meeting performance goals. Additional $.50 per hour bonus for fluency in Spanish language. Pay rate increases to $16.62 per hour after insurance training to prepare you to provide legendary service to our members.
