POSITION SUMMARYThe Identity&Access Management (IAM) Solution Consultant provides IAM solution consulting to various Aetna business units and investment projects, ensuring that the identity&access solutions delivered effectively and efficiently produce the desired business value and security outcomes. This position will ensure effective application and use of existing Aetna standard IAM solutions along with identifying and designing new IAM solutions and enhancements to existing IAM solutions where needed to meet business needs.Fundamental Components:- Provide Identity&Access Management solution consulting to various Aetna business units and investment projects to ensure the best possible IAM solutions (people, process&technology) are applied to effectively and efficiently meet business needs- Apply thorough knowledge of Aetna, Global Security (GS) and industry wide policies, standards and best practices to all IAM consulting in order to ensure that all security and risk management objectives are met for each engagement- Ensure maximum re-use of existing Aetna standard Identity&Access Management solutions- Contribute to solution selection and design efforts for new IAM solutions for which there is an identified business need- Identify and champion enhancements to existing IAM solutions, including participating in the Product Management process for Aetna IAM solutions- Work with and mentor other IAM and Information Security technical staff to ensure ongoing improvement in solution quality- Deliver solution consulting in the following areas: Identity Management/Automated Provisioning, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Access Governance, Access Request&Approval Workflow, Access Analytics&Intelligence, Behavioral Analytics, Authentication (including Risk Based/Adaptive Authn and Strong Authentication), Identity Verification and Identity Assurance Frameworks, Authorization services, Federation, and IAM for and in the Cloud.BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:5+ years solution consulting/lead solution design experience in large enterprises7+ years experience in Information Security and IAMDirect experience designing and implementing solutions for at least 3 of: Access Provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, Access Request&Approval, Access/Behavior Analytics, Access Governance, Authentication, Federation, Privileged Access Management, Cloud Identity ServicesEDUCATIONThe highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATIONOur organization provides Identity&Access solution design and consulting for many Aetna business units.
