We re looking for candidates who may: Responsible for quality control of claim checks. Match checks to claim files. Document claim files of quality control and mail date. Stuffing envelopes and preparing for mail Assist with scanning and indexing of mail and faxes. Deliveries and pick-up UPS from Claim personnel. Provide additional support. Back up assistance for the Administrative Department. This is an entry level position. Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient on database software, internet software, spreadsheet software and word processing software. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Acute attention to detail. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to basic math skills, including compute rate and percent and interpret bar graphs.
